### 0.8 FORTUNE'S FAVOR UPDATE - v0.8 FORTUNE'S FAVOR UPDATE - We're officially in the final stretch before leaving Early Access, there isn't much left on the block to do! The subject of our focus this time is a new guest character - Inga - - she's got 2 animated, full-screen CGs! Additionally, we've got the game's ending sequence in place! We want to get feedback on it and see if maybe there is room for improvement, but everything is in place and ready. - 0.8.1: - Izzy DP scene fixed. - Branching during the end sequence for if you maxed out Rayan's friendship or not. - Celeste hangout 3 fixed. - Other various reported bugs fixed. - STORY: - GAME ENDINGS: - A number of endings are now available! A lewd end, a chaste end, two bad ends- depending on your choices and who you befriended, or didn't, the type of ending available to you will change. - Additionally, there are various post-script vignettes that can be unlocked if you have certain characters maxed out for certain endings. These are an initial rough draft, I'm looking into maybe expanding on them a bit more. - NEW INTRO: - We expanded the Bergo and Serania sex scene at the start of the game- it has a full screen animated CG now! - FREE ROAM VOYEURISM: - If you're on the lewd route, you'll be able to catch glimpses of Celeste getting it on in various places during the tavern free roam sections. Included by popular demand! - ART & ANIMATION: - 6 NEW FULLSCREEN SEX CGs: - Many include variants, most are animated! - NEW CHARACTER, INGA: - This original character is replacing the slot that Inge once filled. She's got unique animated full screen CGs. We'll be revising her story scripts soon and maybe even giving her a little bit more story content to help flesh out some of keeper's motivations. - NEW CHARACTER, ???: - A secret... new? character joins the game's cast. Technically this isn't a new character, but rather an existing character. It's complicated. It's a spoiler. We hope you like him! - AUDIO: - ADDITIONAL VOICE ACTING: - Everything up until the end of Day 7 is voiced. - As a heads up, it's not ready yet, but we're hoping for 1.0 to update the save system to work like a traditional save-slot system. The subject of our focus this time is Izzy- she's getting 2 additional animated, full-screen CGs! These replace her sprite animations in the story mode hangouts- though of course her sprite animations can still be obtained in sandbox mode. - We've also wanted to work on adding more sauce to the game overall. Style, polish, presentation, juice. Thus the Saucy Devil update- adding new content for everyone's favorite Imp, while also improving the game's overall feel. - STORY: - NEW EVENT CONTENT: We've added 2 new dialogue scenes with Celeste on days 3 and 5 to help ease into her potential "corruption" so it doesn't come as such a swing when/if it happens. - We've also added a warning event that will play if you've triggered the "slutmode" conditions- but said event will also give you an option to disable her corrupted route if you don't want to see the NTR variants of the latter day events. This means you can get your dick wet as much as you want with Percy early on while still doing a (mostly) pure route. We're attempting to enforce a clear distinction between the linear story sequences and the free roam sequences, as well as better present the changes in the day/night cycle. We recommend resetting your save data to check out the new story flow, but don't worry- we've built a cheat code system to let you recover your gallery unlocks! See further below in the patch notes. Additionally, the main story now continues until the end of Day 6! - BITS & BANTER: - During each of the various free roam segments during the story, each tavern guest will have various things to say outside of their usual relationship building hangout sequence. Some of these are additional lore snippets, while others are tongue-and-cheek Easter Eggs. Additionally, you can now talk to characters that previously couldn't be interacted with, the Minotaur and the Bar Keeper. They don't have their own relationship levels, but they do have a bunch of things to say! - LEWD HAPPENINGS: - A smattering of lewd events/animations have been added to some of the free roam sections in the main story. Should spice up those interactions! - COMPLETED CHARACTER RELATIONSHIPS: - You can now get up to the maximum rank in all of the character relationship building levels! Previously this was capped at 3, but now all 5 are available. Some existing ones have also been re-worked. At level 3 and level 5 you can choose to initiate a sex scene (which use existing animations.) Ra'yan is an exception, he's a unique case for reasons you will discover in the story's conclusion. Speaking of story conclusions, the characters you max out your relationship with will have an impacting on the conclusion of the story when that is ready in the 1.0 update. In Sandbox mode, there is a 50% chance every day that Inge, Kreyton. or Bambi will spawn. What's more, Overlewd will be running a Dungeon Tavern themed event where players can earn various skins and even a sex CG based off of the characters from Dungeon Tavern! It's a lovely game with an art style we adore, go check it out, it's free! ### 0.4 - v0.4 - A special guest visits the tavern- Bambi from The Party! - This has been an interesting update- there's been some stuff we thought we would get done in time that's still not done, but also plenty of stuff that we hadn't planned to come until later that managed to get done ahead of time. - For instance, when we pushed back the release date, the idea was to use the extra time to add more voice acting. However, due to scheduling conflicts, voice acting got pushed back. In it's place we worked on and managed to add brand new cumming variants to existing animations, as that has been a common request from you guys, to help the animations feel more organic and to finish off properly. - Day 5 of the story also got written, but hasn't been implemented yet. So keep an eye out, I hope to have supplementary smaller updates throughout November and December to round off additional content that is almost done, but didn't quite make the deadline. - The core mechanics and graphics of the new update are all done, thankfully- so it's just smaller pockets of content that need to be filled out in smaller patches. - STORY: - RELATIONSHIP SYSTEM: - Each day (usually) has two different sandbox phases where you can walk around the tavern freely and choose who to spend time with. Spending time with them will increase your relationship, unlocking new story segments. This system is incomplete, relationships cannot be maxed out yet, but the idea is to have this system affect which ending you get. On top of that, due to popular demand, Izzy the Imp is now a fully playable character! We've also gone ahead and incorporated a bunch of other quality of life changes based off of feedback we've received- trying to sand down as many of the little annoyances as we can. - Furthermore, we've changed the way the sex animations are handled- they now play until the player chooses to stop them, and can also be interacted with by some characters. We hope this will allow you guys to better enjoy the content currently in the game, as well as empower you to come up with your own kinky scenarios and interactions between the characters! - While we had originally planned to introduce some new story content with this update- we've decided to delay Day 3 for a little bit, but for a good reason.
