### 1.1.0 Bugfix - v1.1.0 Bugfix - We've been fixing bugs nonstop for quite a while, and to be honest, it really drained my energy. - But starting today, I can finally share something a bit brighter! - First of all, thank you so much for your support and purchases. - In less than a month, we’ve reached 40,000 total sales. - While it may not be an extraordinary number, the sales of Priestess have allowed BBQ to confidently move forward with our - new title - for 2026! - As a token of our gratitude, BBQ is currently working on a free DLC for everyone. - We plan to release it around February–March, so please remember to update your game and give it another play when it comes out! - More details about the DLC will be announced gradually in upcoming posts. - At the same time, development on our new title has already begun, and the programming work for FPS has resumed as well. - We’ll do our best to meet you again in 2026! - Lastly, regarding version 1.1: - We sincerely apologize—despite thinking that 1.0.9 would be the final version, we ended up needing to update to 1.1. - A few minor bugs remained, along with some test NPCs we forgot to remove. ### 1.0.9 Bugfix - v1.0.9 Bugfix - To be honest, there haven't been many critical bugs left since version 1.0.7, and the main gameplay experience has been stable for most players. - However, since version 1.0.4, there have been some hidden bugs that didn't trigger any error messages. This was because, in our haste to fix severe issues back then, some of our methods were a bit crude. This introduced underlying problems into the "Hstates" system, leading to data inconsistencies in certain situations, such as experience points not matching their actual values. Version 1.0.9 is primarily focused on fixing these hidden bugs, which is why it took longer to develop than the last few updates. - With this release, we have also managed to address and essentially eliminate all bugs reported to us via Discord, Cien, and even Twitter. - This is currently the most stable version of the game, and we highly recommend it for revisiting or starting a new playthrough. - On another note, we have also reached 20,000 sales on Dlsite! We are sincerely grateful for all your support and encouragement! - Achieving this milestone, especially with a simultaneous multi-platform release, has truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you all so much! - In our next post, we will share a celebratory illustration, our roadmap for upcoming DLC, a notice about a future price increase, and previews of other content. Please stay tuned! ### 1.0.8 Bugfix - v1.0.8 Bugfix - This version primarily focuses on fixing various minor bugs in the game—yes, the major bugs were all fixed in v1.0.7. - We've also made some optimizations to the player experience, such as for New Game+. - In versions 1.0.6 through 1.0.8, we have done our best to implement retroactive fixes for old save files. However, if you still encounter bugs that are strongly related to your save data... you can try deleting the www/save/config.rpgsave file. - Some players have reported that deleting this file successfully recovered their saves. If that still doesn't work, there might not be much else we can do. In that case, we are terribly sorry, but please try starting a new game after deleting all save files. (bows) - On another note, our sales on DLsite are about to hit 20,000 copies! This is wonderful news! - We have already begun preparing a celebratory illustration for the 20,000 sales milestone and have started production on the text and CG for the DLC. - While "Fallen Priestess" wasn't a massive hit, its sales are more than enough for us at BBQ to have a good year. At the very least, the development funds for our next FPS project are secured, and we have enough reserve funds to start thinking about the project after that. - Although there were many objective reasons, the development cycle for this game was far too long. In the future, we will definitely manage the scope of our development better, focus our energy and resources on the project at hand, and do our utmost to avoid the kind of chaos that occurred during the development of this game. ### 1.0.7 Bugfix - v1.0.7 Bugfix - In version 1.0.6, we were a bit too hasty in trying to fix anomalies with old save files. This inadvertently caused new bugs to appear. Additionally, we discovered some bugs at the plugin code level (which were very serious, hard to discover, and difficult to fix). - Rest assured, these have all been addressed in version 1.0.7. - This version should ensure that you can fully complete the game without issues, whether it's your first playthrough or a New Game+ run. - Future updates will focus mainly on game optimization and fixing minor, trivial bugs. - Thank you all so much for your criticism, suggestions, and bug reports over the past week. BBQ really couldn't keep going without your support. - To be honest, we’re starting to develop a bit of PTSD... I mean, we’re actually getting scared to check Ci-en or Discord for bug reports. It feels like when you’re an elementary school student who accidentally scratched the principal's car and is too terrified to go home—actually, I think this feels even more serious than that. - But regardless, please believe that we will polish "Fallen Priestess" to perfection and ensure the DLC updates go smoothly. Just like we did with Nebel three years ago—though objectively speaking, the situation with Nebel back then was much worse than this. - Then again, saying that makes it sound like BBQ hasn't made any progress regarding game stability... Well, anyway, we won’t let this happen again in the future. - After version 1.0.9 or 1.1, I plan to write a dedicated post-mortem (or apology letter) explaining the causes of the bugs in this release. I’ll explain how our team spent a month fixing over 160 bugs, yet still managed to leave so many in the official release. But for now, let us continue to perfect the game. - That said, I still have to say that 1.0.7 is worth a try—the serious bugs should be gone now. ### 1.0.6 Bugfix - v1.0.6 Bugfix - We apologize for the inconvenience. The version released moments ago had an incorrect encryption method for the audio/se (sound effect) files. - Please update to the new version, 1.0.61, to resolve this issue. - After a week of intense debugging and overtime, we are proud to announce the release of version 1.0.6, bringing a stable gameplay experience just in time for the second weekend after launch. - In truth, version 1.0.5 was already in a much better state, but 1.0.6 goes a step further by fixing remaining bugs in New Game+ (multi-playthrough) modes. - There are still a few minor issues that don't affect core gameplay, such as slight display inaccuracies in the H-Status. We will continue to meticulously fix and optimize these to deliver the most polished experience possible. - Version 1.0.7 will likely be the final version for the base game. After that, BBQ will fulfill its promise and begin development on a free DLC update. - Once again, we sincerely apologize for the bugs present during the first week of Fallen Priestess's launch. We assure you that we have been working tirelessly to fix them. - We conducted extensive testing, but the sheer scale of the game—with a system complexity and number of branches roughly three times that of Nebel—left some untested corners and lingering issues. Some fixes even introduced new problems. For future projects, we will be more careful in managing the project's scope, controlling the development direction, and optimizing our workflow to bring you better games, faster. - Thank you so much to everyone who purchased, supported, and offered feedback for Fallen Priestess. We truly appreciate it. ### 1.0.5 BugFix - v1.0.5 BugFix - Sorry to keep you waiting. Today, we are releasing the version 1.0.5 update. - Before we get into that, I would like to offer another sincere apology to all players who have encountered bugs over the past few days. (Deep bow) - I would also like to offer one defense for ourselves: We absolutely never intended to treat our players as playtesters. - We tested and fixed over 160 bugs in the month leading up to launch, and we genuinely released the game with the confidence that we had squashed them all. ### 1.0.4 - v1.0.4 - 1. Implemented New Game+ (NG+) functionality. - 2. Temple Relief: Added option to skip puzzles directly. - 3. Mansion Showdown: Optimized cutscene performance. - 4. Final Boss: Optimized bugs/anomalies in Phase 3. - 5. Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where returning to the Mansion wouldn't trigger dinner events properly. - 6. Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where sleeping until the next day at the Mansion wouldn't trigger the special dinner. - 7. Tavern: Optimized several cutscenes. - 8. Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where the "Awakened Sister" scene would incorrectly unlock the "Pure Love" scene and rollback the awakening stage. - 9. Removed pickups for useless items. - 10. Optimized Stealth Level performance. - 11. Adjusted text and trigger conditions for Ending B in the Memory Room. ### 1.0.3 - v1.0.3 - Fixed an issue where inadvertently triggering the Prince's first threat event caused the player to get stuck in the wall. - Further tweaked the Villa parameters to slow down the erosion progress. - Fixed an issue where the cutscene during the final battle with the Prince would freeze. - Fixed an issue where the image in the footjob scene was accidentally set to fully transparent. - Fixed a bug with the Bathhouse event from the Brother's perspective. - Fixed a black screen issue during the investigation phase cutscenes. - Fixed an issue in the Prince route finale where sprites were missing and portraits remained on screen incorrectly. - Minor fix for NPC misalignment in the East District. - Adjusted the syrup recipe to better match the quest description. - Fixed a bug in a specific boss fight where the battle could not be won because an enemy was unkillable. - Increased the restock speed of "Imperial Tears". - Added a charge-up action to a high-damage enemy skill in a specific battle. - Fixed a bug where the game would get stuck at "Late Night" after the special Mana Transfer event between the Brother and Sister. - Fixed an issue where some H-scene CGs were not cleared properly and NPCs were not displaying correctly. - Fixed a bug where the character would get stuck in bed after Mana Transfer. - Fixed various typos. - Fixed an error in some cutscenes where the Sister was displayed instead of the Brother. - Fixed a bug where the "Stamina Depleted" flag did not turn off correctly, causing instant defeat in battles (This can be fixed by passing a day in-game). - Fixed a bug where the UI went missing in the Snow Mountain area. ### 1.0.2 - v1.0.2 - Primarily fixes 7 critical bugs and many minor, less severe bugs. - I apologize that these 7 bugs were difficult to discover during testing, as they had some peculiar trigger conditions. - There were also a few particularly silly, small bugs due to BBQ's inadequate checks—yes, I forgot to delete the instant-kill skill in version 1.0.0. ### 1.0.1 - v1.0.1 - Bugfixes ### 1.0.0 - v1.0.0 - Full Release - Demo v0.603 - 1.
