Sala's Escape

You are Sala Blackwing. A young, nubile bat-winged wizard-apprentice living a secluded life with your Uncle Mathros in the great Saracosan city of Nokdrov. That all changed when your uncle imparted hurried instructions upon you to bring a sleek blackened chest across the holy river. A simple enough task, you say, until Vampires in the service of an ancient "Red Mother' come to your doorstep demanding the chest. Using a hastily opened portal, you flee and begin your journey. Many perils await you. Soul binding spirits, maddened headless apparitions, ancient liches sealed away long ago, and the vampiric armies of the Red Mother Herself. You must not fail in your journey, lest the Dark Chest find its way into the Red Mother's hands, or worse!
