Our antagonist has been experimenting with bio-silicone: silicone infused with nanobots to simplify the process of getting implants. What better "willing" subject to test it on, than a goth girl nabbed from college? Informed consent? Controlled trials? Experts? All wastes of time and money - just pump the patient full of silicone and see what happens.
